I am also a TED speaker,

a 30+ year seasoned educator,

and author of an award-winning, personal goal-setting book, Dreams to Action Trailblazer's Guide.

 

Throughout my career, I have been a classroom instructor, instructional coach, program director, student teaching supervisor, and college professor.  I have a doctoral degree in education, TESOL certification, and ESL teaching experience.

My teaching certifications include elementary education, as well as secondary English, language arts, speech & drama, and science.

 

    I play piano and guitar. I use songs and puppets to make learning fun for young students. I use games and engage older students in conversations.

​
